You may not be able to see a course listed if the specified start date has not occurred or if the course has not yet been made available to students. You can check the start date of a course at Click Here. If the start date has occurred you will need to check with the instructor of the course(s) to find out when it will be available to students.
If a course shows in WebSmart, has started, and is available but you do not see it in Canvas, then you may have to wait for the enrollment management system to process your information. This process runs every 2 hours, though it can take up to 24 hours before your account is updated. If it has been longer then 24 hours since you registered for the course, please click here to submit a help request.
Note: To receive a grade and credit for any course, it is your responsibility to make sure you are enrolled in the course in WebSmart as well as Canvas. If you have any issues with WebSmart you may contact the Admissions & Records Office at your specific college. The best way for Skyline-affiliated users to contact the office of records is via their NEW Smartsheet ticket form. You can also call them but the best way is through the form.
