You should reach out to your division dean to have this request submitted.
Anyone requesting to be added to Canvas within our district who does not have a smccd.edu email must complete the “New Volunteer Services Welcome Packet” in the District Downloads. Divisions are to submit these packets to the local business office for processing. The Local business office will then process and send to HR. Once the packets have been processed and the individuals approved, a request can be made to create a smccd.edu account for the “volunteer”
